Within the framework of Milano Design Week 2026, an artistic installation titled “The Light in Dark Times” is proposed for the space PIÙ CORNER. The project is envisioned as an immersive exhibition

environment in which light operates as the central element, both conceptually and spatially.

The installation is conceived as a predominantly dark environment in which sources of light

progressively reveal and define the surrounding space, generating an atmosphere where

illumination unfolds as both a perceptual and symbolic force,

acting as active elements capable of transforming spatial perception, collectively shaping a

cohesive and evolving environment.

The PIÙ CORNER space allows for adaptation according to the visual and spatial

design needs of the installation, enabling the environment to be configured in a way

that aligns with the aesthetic language of the pieces of selected designers while

emphasizing the presence of light as the protagonist of the space.

The event will last three days and will feature a curated selection of works by other

artists. These complementary pieces will be integrated into the space in dialogue

with the lighting installation, reinforcing the overall atmosphere of the project.

The Light in Dark Times

aims to create a spatial experience in which light does not merely illuminate,

but acts as a language, guide, and focal point of the entire installation.
